In Digital Service Manager, you can export a (filtered) overview of all customer devices as a CSV file. This gives you a quick, structured list that you can process further.
Solution steps
- Click on “Devices” in the main menu to open the overview of all registered devices.
- Optional: Use the filter function to search for specific customer devices (e.g., by status, device type, or customer).
- Check that the list displayed contains all the desired devices and that the filters have been applied correctly.
- Click on the export button to download the currently filtered device list as a CSV file.
- Save the downloaded CSV file to a desired location on your computer.
