This article explains how to create or edit a Corrective Action checklist at the country level. These checklists are triggered automatically by predefined rules – e.g. in case of temperature deviations – and guide the user through structured corrective steps.
Access and overview
- Navigate to Hygiene Management > Checklists > OnDemand/Corrective Action
- Existing corrective or OnDemand checklists are displayed as square tiles:
- Dark blue: Corrective action checklist
- Light blue: OnDemand checklist
- To edit: click directly on the desired tile
- To delete: open the three-dot menu (⁝) on the tile and select "Delete checklist"
Creating a new Corrective Action checklist
- Click the red "+ Create" button in the top left
- Select "Corrective Action"
General settings
- Define the title of the checklist
- Add a description
- Set the main and secondary language
Additional settings
- Optionally activate a notification if processing is not completed in time
Duration
- Define how long the checklist should remain open after being triggered
Add checkpoints
- Click "+ Add checkpoint" at the bottom or use the red button at the top left
- Add the required checkpoints to the checklist
