This article explains how to delete users in the ConnectedCooking account and who is authorized to do so.
Who can delete users?
- Any Account Admin can delete any other user in the ConnectedCooking account
- Users with the role of Group Administrator Advanced can delete users from their own group
Steps to delete a user:
- Go to
Administration > Users - Search for the user and tap on the three dots
- Select Delete account
- Confirm in the popup window by clicking Delete
Account Admins can't get deleted directly. Their role must be changed first before deletion is possible.
