Digital Service Manager allows you to centrally manage and assign Pro licenses to multiple devices at once. The following steps show you how to efficiently activate and assign licenses.
Solution steps
- Open the Digital Service Manager app or website.
- Click on “Devices” and then on “Unlicensed”.
- Here you will see all devices that do not yet have a Pro license assigned.
- Use the filter function to filter by customer, status, connection, or device family. Then click “Apply filter”.
- Use the checkbox to select all desired (filtered) devices.
- Click on “Assign license” to activate Pro licenses for the selected devices.
- The licenses will be activated for one year.
- In the next step, you will see how many licenses are currently available. If you have selected more devices than licenses available (marked in red), reduce your selection by removing checkmarks.
- Once the correct devices are selected, assign the licenses.
An activated license is always valid for one year.
