In Hygiene Management Pro with a Central Checkpoints setup, it may happen that no execution day labels are visible in certain groups.
Reason:
The affected group does not contain any checkpoint that has an execution day label assigned.
- Go to Hygiene Management > Organization > Labels
- Make sure that execution day labels are defined and active
- Check the group configuration:
- Open the desired group
- Execution day labels are only shown if a checkpoint in the group is linked to such a label
- If no labels appear:
- Create or edit a checkpoint in the group
- Assign an execution day label to that checkpoint
- After saving, the label should be visible in the group settings
Note: Only actively used labels are shown in the group view.
