What’s new?
Previously, information and settings were spread across multiple areas – so-called equipment types, equipment settings in groups, device overview, and sensor overview. In addition, there were separate views for devices and sensors, where certain functions were only available individually.
Now, you’ll find everything centralized in a single view for maximum transparency with just a few clicks.
Simplified new overview for sensors and gateways:
Sensors and gateways are now displayed in separate tables. All key status information is shown in the table.
Sensors:
- Operation (connection, battery status, signal strength)
- Temperature
- Sensor status

Gateways:
- Connection
- Gatway status

With one click on the tabs you can have a quick and easy overview of the status:
- Alarm (measurement deviation/offline): alarm delay is reached or no delay is set
- Warning (measurement deviation/offline): alarm will be triggered if the alarm delay is reached or alarms are not enabled
Extended Status Display
In the new design, additional status indicators for sensors and gateways are available, allowing users to more clearly identify the device condition. The individual states can be displayed in detail using the new filter options.
The following statuses are possible:
- Good: everything in order
- Offline: no connection
- Deviation (only for sensors): acceptable temperature range has been exceeded
- Snoozed (only for sensors): outside of active hours or a paused period setting is active, no alarms will be generated
- Pending: device is added to account, but not yet active
