Overview of Group Settings in Hygiene Management

This article explains the available settings for groups in the Hygiene Management area.

Configuration of groups is found in the menu Hygiene Management > Organization > Group Settings, by clicking the shield icon ("Settings") next to the desired group. These settings define the structure, scheduling, and content sharing for hygiene control.

Labels

  • Used to assign task area labels to a group
  • Labels are predefined in the Organization section
  • To add a label via "+ Create" in the pop-up:
    • Select the desired task area label to be added
    • Optionally assign device labels
    • If a device label is added, the number of repetitions can be specified – this defines how often the checkpoint is shown in the app

Shifts

  • Define when checkpoints appear in the app
  • Shifts can be set by clicking on them
  • To deactivate a shift: turn off "Day Active"
  • To modify shift times for the whole group, activate:
    • "Override default timespans for all food areas in this group"
  • To adjust specific areas only, activate:
    • "Override times" – this allows deactivating or adjusting shift times for individual areas

Execution Day Labels

  • Display specific labels linked to checkpoint execution
  • Must be defined individually per group (configured under Organization)
  • Via the three-dot menu ... you can:
    • Edit the labels
    • Deactivate labels for this group
  • Within each label, define on which day and in which shift the associated checkpoints should be executed

General

  • Allows adding a sharepoint link
  • App users can access and view content (e.g. PDF, Excel) via this link
