How do iCombi Classic appliances interact with ConnectedCooking?

This article explains which functions are supported by iCombi Classic units in connection with ConnectedCooking and what requirements must be met.


Requirements:

  • iCombi Classic units do not have Ethernet or WiFi interfaces by default
  • Network capability must be optionally ordered to enable connection with ConnectedCooking


Supported functions when connected to ConnectedCooking:

  • Creation and transfer of manual cooking programs:
    • Manual cooking programs can be created in ConnectedCooking
    • These programs can be rolled out to all networked iCombi Classic units
  • Import of cooking programs:
    • Cooking programs created directly on the iCombi Classic can be imported into ConnectedCooking and further edited there
  • HACCP data management:
    • iCombi Classic units automatically transfer HACCP data to ConnectedCooking when they are online
  • Download of service data:
    • Service data can be downloaded from online-connected iCombi Classic units via ConnectedCooking as needed
  • Push notifications:
    • iCombi Classic units send notifications (e.g. at the end of a program or in case of error messages) to ConnectedCooking

These functions are only available if the units are properly connected to ConnectedCooking. Please ensure that the network components are correctly installed and configured.
