Digital Service Manager Dashboard

The dashboard in Digital Service Manager provides an overview of your digital company's performance.

The evaluations are based on time data:

  • the current ratio of online and offline devices
  • the number of customers and customer groups you serve
  • the number of different device types

In the lower section, you can see extended data, i.e., evaluations based on a longer period (today, yesterday, last 7, 30, or 90 days, as well as the current and last month):

  • the 5 devices with the most reports
  • the 5 customer groups (kitchens) with the most reports
  • the 5 most common errors that have occurred across the board

You can filter the view for the entire dashboard at any time to a specific customer or customer group. To do this, select the desired reference basis in the dropdown menu at the top right.
